Standard booking terms & conditions
The booking of accommodation is a contract between the customer and the Pukekohe Motel management. We agree to provide the accommodation booked and services used unless it has been cancelled by them in accordance with the Pukekohe Motel’s cancellations policies. (See below)
Rooms rate offered are per night basis and are in New Zealand dollars. Price includes GST (Good & Services tax) of 15%.
Room rates vary throughout the year from the low season prices in the middle of winter to the peak season prices in the middle of summer and/or for major event weekends. Pukekohe Motel website shows room rates and availability on any particular day.
If you intend to pay by cash you will be asked to pay a bond on arrival. (Refundable on departure)
All reservations require a valid credit card for Booking. First-night accommodation rate will be required upon booking. You will be requested to present your valid credit card and ID on check-in at the motel for verification.
Prepayment: You will be charged a prepayment of the first night after the reservation has been made.
Pukekohe Motel accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, EFTPOS and Cash.
We require 48 hours of notice for a cancellation, if this is not received and you do not arrive we will charge that nights accommodation.
All cancellations must be made by the person who made the original reservation and cancellations can be done via phone, email or in writing.
In the event of a “No Show” a cancellation charge will be applied to the credit card on file. Standard policy applies unless otherwise stated.
Booking made and cancelled will incur a $20.00 administration fee.
Refunds will only be made to the credit card/debit card debited for the original transaction.
Changes / Amendments to bookings
All changes/amendments to bookings must be made by the person who made the original reservation, you can send request by writing or via phone or by email on firstname.lastname@example.org
Peak periods and major events
In peak periods and for major events a minimum night stay and special cancellation conditions may apply.
Pre-bookings are accepted for any date during the current year, and any extended future dates if known. Pre-booking is recommended during peak periods.
Pukekohe Motel will require a deposit to reserve your group booking, this can be discussed with you and Pukekohe Motel management. Special conditions apply to group bookings. Please see cancellations below.
Check in & Check out times
Pukekohe Motel welcomes your arrival and check in starts from 2.00pm till 9:00pm. Guests arriving prior to this time may on occasion be provided with rooms when they arrive, but only by pre-arrangement. Check out time is 10.00am.
Check – in time starts at 2:00pm
Check – in ends at 9:00pm
Check – out time is 10am
Special Check –in instructions
WiFi Internet Password and Username can be collected at the office on arrival (FREE OF CHARGE).
Extra – person charges may apply and vary depending on the motel policy.
Government – issued photo identification and credit card or cash deposit required at check – in for incidental charges.
Rooms are serviced between the hours of 10am – 1pm.
No visitors after 8:00pm
If you make any damage to Pukekohe motel units or property you will be charged for the damage cost.
Please take into consideration we have others staying in the Motel and to keep the noise down to a minimum.
Children upto 2 years of age and under are free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult. Cots are available on request, free of charge.
In circumstances where additional beds or bedding are required or used, the extra person rate will apply.
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guest of 18 years or over.
Smoking is NOT permitted in our units. PLEASE make sure to smoke away from any open windows and to put your butts in the ashtray which is located outside your room. If you do smoke in our units the Pukekohe Motel reserves the right to charge such costs.

Should you experience any difficulties with your accommodation, please contact either our reception during your stay to register your concern or email us on email@example.com.
We will make every effort to rectify the situation and make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
