Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, if this is not received and you do not arrive we will charge a one night accommodation.
Cancellations can be done via phone, email or in writing.
Check in
Check – in time starts at 2pm
Check – in ends at 10pm
Check – out time is 10am
Special Check –in instructions
If you are planning to arrive after 10pm please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking sight.
The front desk is open daily from 8:30am – 10pm
Pets
Pets allowed for an extra charge of NZD20.00 per accommodation per stay

Extra – person charges may apply and vary depending on the motel policy.
Government – issued photo identification and credit card or cash deposit required at check – in for incidental charges.
Rooms are serviced between the hours of 10am – 1pm.
No visitors after 10pm
If any damage you will be charged
Please take into consideration we have others staying in the Motel and to keep the noise down to a minimum.
